| Our research aims at: |
| (1) |
Understanding the real reason(s) behind the soaring
rate of employee departure and the shrinkage of the
profit margin in a corporation.
|
| (2) |
understanding the fact that identical enterprisal
systems, products, and technologies can generate different
results due to the differences in employees' performance. |
| (3) |
exploring the intrinsic motivation of an individual
at work. |
| (4) |
examining the key(s) to the sustainable success of
an enterprise; |
| (5) |
developing the use of the “mind power development
system for enterprises” in combination with
“multi-sensory learning”. |
| (6) |
assessing the effects of such educational training
on individuals and organizations in Taiwan’s small and
medium enterprises. |
| |
|
| Our research first establishes a thinking
system for “mind power development”
and then transforms it into a multi-sensory learning
system to be applied to the enterprises in Taiwan. The
analyses and statistics in this study are based on the
feedback from group activities and the training results
on the whole. In addition, interviews are employed to
elucidate and investigate the learning outcome. |
| |
|
| Our research has made the following conclusions
and suggestions: |
| (1) |
enterprisal entities could conduct educational training
which emphasizes work ethics and corporate culture. |
| (2) |
the functions of educational training should exceed
the imparting of “know-how” and skills
to reach a deeper spiritual level. |
| (3) |
the activation of the intrinsic motivation in individuals
is one of the keys to organizational high performance,
hence the awakening of each life in perceiving “calling”
or “messianic responsibility” can lead
to organizational success. |
| (4) |
the establishment of a corporate culture following
the principle of “Joy in life comes form enjoyment
in work, and from gratitude and sharing” to
facilitate sustainable operation. |
| (5) |
attaining enterprisal “synergy” is
easier compared to attaining a “oneness of mind”
in employees, which is of utmost importance in reaching
the organizational goal. All these indicate that the
“Mind Power Development System for Enterprises”
in coordination with the “multi-sensory learning
system,” when applied to the management of
enterprisal organizations, can achieve for them a great
amount of effectiveness and efficiency. |
